Granny Barnes Meat Loaf

1 lb Raw Ground Chuck
-or hamburger
3/4 c Quick Oats
3/4 c Ketchup+
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp Dry Mustard or
-1 Tbls Reg Mustard
1/2 Onion, minced
2 tsp Greek Seasoning
Salt & Pepper to taste

Preheat Oven to: 350 degrees
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a large bowl. Smash with hands to completely bind all the ingredients together. Pat into a loaf pan. Top with ketchup.
Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Let stand 15 min before serving.
