Karens Burger Seasoning


PreMix Spice Blend - No need for BBQ sauce!

Ingredients:
1/3 Montreal Steak Seasoning (McCormic Grill Mates Series)
1/3 Smokehouse Maple (McCormic)
1/3 total of....
Greek Seasoning
Paprika
Garlic Salt (or Powder for reduced salt)
Chili Powder
Black Pepper (if more is desired)

*Plus Worcestershire Sauce at grilling time.

Directions:
Blend all spices together and pour into shaker. 

When grill time, prep burger patties with Worcestershire sauce and generously top with seasoning blend. Repeat on the other side after flipping. Tasty flavor without they typical BBQ sauce cover up!


Special Tips or Information:
Do Not add extra salt. These blended seasoning ingredients already contain plenty.

Perfect for oven baked, air fryer or NuWave without dripping sauce.

*Smokehouse Maple Ingredients: SALT, CANE SUGAR, BROWN SUGAR, MOLASSES (REFINERY SYRUP, CANE MOLASSES, CARAMEL COLOR), GARLIC, ONION, SPICES (INCLUDING PAPRIKA, CHILI PEPPER), ORANGE PEEL, RED BELL PEPPER, MAPLE SYRUP & NATURAL FLAVOR (INCLUDING SMOKE).

*Garlic Salt: Garlic salt is 3 parts salt and 1 part garlic, plus an anti-caking agent. That means that 1 tsp of garlic salt contains 1/4 tsp of garlic powder.

Ingredients:
1 Bag Frozen Cheese Ravioli
1 lb Ground Chuck, cooked
3 Cans 15 oz Crushed Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 Tbsp Garlic Salt
4 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Cup Parmigiano Reggiano


Directions:
Brown and drain the hamburger.  Stir in tomato and seasonings. 

In the crock pot, layer sauce, ravioli and mozzarella; Repeat.

Cook on Low for 4 hours. Turn off and rest 15 min before serving.


Additional Comments:
As always, serve with salad and/or toasted garlic bread.
