Mexican Casserole

Ingredients: 
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Ro-Tel Tomatoes
1 can Chili Hot Beans
1 bag Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Onion

1 lb Ground Chuck (Hamburger)

Preheat Oven to: 350 degrees

Directions:
In large 9x13 casserole pan, crush enough chips to make a crust on the bottom.  Brown the beef with the onion and drain.  In large bowl, combine all the canned goods with the cooked hamburger crumbles. Slowly pour into the pan on top of the crushed chips.  Top with cheese.


Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.  Let stand before serving.
