Ingredients:
2 cups Sugar
6 Tbsp Cocoa
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp  Vanilla
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 cup Butter or Margarine
1 cup Pecans (optional)

Preheat Oven: 350 degrees

Directions:

Add butter to 9X13 aluminum pan and place in oven to melt.  This will also grease the pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and then add the melted butter last. Mix well and pour into the pan.

Moist brownies, bake for 20 minutes.
Cake like brownies, bake for 30 minutes.

Additional Comments:  Cut recipe in half for an 8x8 size pan. An aluminum pan works the best. For other metals or glass it will cook differently.  Be sure to mix in the eggs thoroughly with flour mixture so the eggs won't cook when you add the hot butter into the batter. No need to grease pan as there will be enough butter left in the pan.
