Egg, Ham, Cheese & Hashbrowns

Ingredients:
8 Eggs
1 c Milk
1 c Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 c diced cooked ham
2 c Shredded Hash Browns
Salt & Pepper

Preheat Oven to: 350 degrees

Directions:
Place hashbrowns in the bottom of a greased 8x8 baking dish. Top with ham and cheese. In a bowl, or Blender Bottle, mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour ontop of casserole.

Bake 45-50 min or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
