Oatmeal Pie
Pecan Pie without Nuts

Ingredients:
3/4c Sugar
3/4c Kayro Corn Syrup
2 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs, beaten
3/4c Quick Instant Oats
1 stick Butter, melted
1 Standard 9" Pie Crust, unbaked
Optional add 1c Nuts or Coconut and use a deep dish crust
Preheat Oven to: 350 degrees
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes total with foil around edges. Cool completely on wire rack.
Special Tips or Information:
Bake on a sheet to prevent spills, easier handling, and add extra insulation on the bottom of pie pan. If edges are not browned enough, then bake 25 min with foil and 20 min without foil.
